Mathbloom Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Mathbloom (mathbloom.net and the Mathbloom iOS app). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
Accounts
You must be an adult to create an account. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for supervising any child who uses Mathbloom through it. Keep your sign-in access secure.
The service
Mathbloom generates personalized math courses using AI. Content is created automatically and, while we work to make it accurate and age-appropriate, it may contain errors. Review lessons with your learner and use your judgment. Mathbloom is an educational aid, not a substitute for a teacher or a certified curriculum.
Subscriptions and billing
- Mathbloom offers free sample courses and paid subscriptions (Family and Studio).
- On the web, paid subscriptions are billed immediately when you subscribe and renew automatically each month until canceled.
- 30-day money-back guarantee (web). If you cancel within 30 days of a charge and haven't generated anything that billing period, that charge is refunded in full, automatically, from the cancellation screen. If you've already generated content, you keep access through the end of the period you paid for, and that period is not refundable.
- On iOS, paid subscriptions are sold as auto-renewable in-app purchases through your Apple ID. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple under their policies.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription from Account → Cancel subscription (web), the billing portal in your account, or iOS Settings → Subscriptions (Apple purchases).
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass usage limits or security, resell access, or use Mathbloom to generate content unrelated to a learner's education.
Cancellation and deletion
You may delete your account at any time from Account → Delete account. This cancels any subscription and permanently erases your courses and progress.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mathbloom is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Contact
Have these terms reviewed by legal counsel before public launch. Apple also applies its standard EULA to in-app purchases unless you provide your own.
